The Iowa City Community School District is fortunate. We have good schools with wonderful students, parents, teachers and administrators. I would like to see this district make the best use of its human, physical and financial resources to maintain our high quality of education and make it even better. I believe the development of a long-term vision and plan would help provide a focus and a framework to assist with this process. I am a passionate advocate for all children and I would bring to the board my years of experience as a parent, a school volunteer and an educator.
